Description
J.R.R.Tolkien's Old Man Willow, that is. It dwells up in the Old Forest and appears in The Fellowship of the Ring but it was left out the movie, instead a scene in the extended version of the Two Towers copied the one in the first book. A huorn instead of the Old Man Willow and Trebeard instead of Tom Bombadil.
Not much else to say, except that I'm not happy with this one, I would have like to draw more branches to make it look more like a weeping willow but it is also the first time I try to draw a tree in years... Let's just say it's autumn?

Awww that tree needs a hug. No seriously though, very cool drawing. I like how there's only small bits of foliage like a balding grumpy old man, the kind that eats pudding all the time and threatens you with a shot gun if you walk on his lawn.
