Pyramid Head originally appeared in Silent Hill 2, and it was the freaking unbeatable annoying guy that kept following you with a giant knife with the desire of killing you. Ok, it was after James Sunderland. It seems PH represented James' sexual innuendos, such as his frustration for not being able to have relation with his wife because of her illness.

I realise I did exaggeratetoo much the front of the pyramid, it was thinner.
