I'm not quite happy with this one... This isn't even what I was aiming for but in the end this is what I got.

Done with Photoshop CS and CS4, no idea how much time it took.

Try to add more details to flesh out the character.Try adding more highlights and shadow.Then you can bring this 3d facial structure.Good luck
